Lost in translation? I'm very puzzled by the wonderful reviews of this book. Most of it was very slow (it did pick up over the past 150 pages or so). The plot is nonsensical; the heroine's "spying" seemed pointless, reliant on coincidence, and not carried out in a rational fashion.
