Discuss Appertaining To Books The Missing (Sun, Moon, Sand and Star #3)
My favorite of the three installments. I enjoyed learning more about the struggle between the Sun Elves and Moon Elves over those islands they keep fighting over. I thought it was exceptionally well done including this side-plot into the main storyline. At first, I was like, "wtf," but I quickly got into it and appreciated the depth of the story; this little book was able to accomplish a lot without making it a drag! This author has a very creative way of thinking when it comes to building his

I had intended to start this during the December holidays, but I took a peek at the prologue, and before I knew it, I was a third of the way in. This one is by far the best installments of the series. I have enjoyed every single one, but The Missing suggests the author's transcendence as a writer. This is a mystery inside a world of fantasy, involving elves that come alive on the pages instantly. The plot is complex and cleverly engineered, encompassing character development, plot thickening,

This story is about many things -- but is centered around the kidnapping of an infant baby girl that was murdered. Her father was accused and found quilty -- which he wasnt. Friends and co-workers leading double lives and destroying many in the process.People not being who you thought they were. All for Ego and or Religious practices, each trying to be the better man or in this case the better Elf clan. Who was right and who was wrong? Who knows? There was a dream where some things were mentioned

LOVED! LOVED! LOVED! LOVED!What an adventure! I love these elves. I love these characters, and I love how entertained I feel after reading a book like this. It's a short story for Christ-sake, and yet I feel like I have just come out of a world richer than most fantasy worlds need 500 to 700 pages to build. Andarken Sourleaf is a sort of detective and by far one of the most unpleasant and rudest and insulting characters I have ever read, putting me in mind of Clint Eastwood's character in Gran

Thank you, Lauren!

What I can say about this book is how explosive is its ending! I discovered from the previous two that I must expect something big to drop at the end, but honestly, the ending of this book was so unexpected and sprung up so suddenly! What I have realized about this author is how intricately and creative are his plots! That, and a world brimming with a society rich in culture, diverse and fantastical, are but some of the elements that make a story like this resonate in a big way!! These characters
